Whether you are in the Principality, on the French Riviera or elsewhere in France, we prepare every order with the same care as in the cellar: protected bottles and packaging designed for transporting wines and spirits.
Where do we deliver?
- Monaco and neighbouring towns: free delivery;
- Mainland France: delivery anywhere in France;
- European Union: delivery possible to some countries, please contact us.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination and the weight of the order; they are shown before you confirm your cart.
Lead times
Allow at least 48 hours after ordering for preparation and dispatch. Lead times are shown when you order and are given for information only; they may vary depending on the destination and logistical constraints.
Collection in store
You can also collect your order free of charge at the cellar, at 26 boulevard des Moulins, 98000 Monaco, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready.
On delivery
Check the condition of your parcel in the presence of the courier and, in the event of damage or a non-compliant product, let us know within 48 hours of receipt, at [email protected] or on +377 99 90 24 19, with photos if possible.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. The bottles must be returned to us in their original condition, complete and unopened; return costs are at your expense. All conditions are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; please drink responsibly.
